Orders usually take 1 – 2 business days to process. This means orders are usually shipped 1 – 2 days after the order is placed. We process orders 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Due to scheduling times with shipping companies (UPS, USPS, FedEx…) orders are not shipped 7 days a week. If you choose a shipping option that allows for a tracking number, you will receive this tracking number once your order ships. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your payment has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation when your invoice is processed. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and tracking link if you choose a shipping option with a tracking number. If you choose a shipping option without a tracking number or your tracking number confirms that the order was delivered, Perky Pony is not held accountable.
Perky Pony is not responsible for inaccurate addresses entered when an order is placed. An incorrect address can be corrected if we receive a written change request before your order is processed. We cannot guarantee this change will happen due to the fast turnaround of orders. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping fees are not refundable, but the order can be reshipped to the correct address.
